Build your survey
Required fields are validated inline. Question counts are rounded to whole numbers and limited to 4 through 10 to keep the survey usable.

Assumptions and response scales
NPS uses a 0 to 10 scale. CSAT uses 1 to 5. CES uses 1 to 5 where lower effort is better. The generator trims extra whitespace, removes unsafe characters from exports, and leaves final brand review to your team.
How it works
This generator keeps the survey short enough to finish, then balances rating questions with one qualitative prompt so you get measurable scores and usable context.
1. Set the survey goal
Choose the business context, audience, and channel so the introduction and question phrasing match the survey moment.
2. Add the right metrics
Use NPS for loyalty, CSAT for satisfaction, and CES for effort. Leave any metric off if it does not fit the experience you are measuring.
3. Keep the question count practical
The output is capped at 10 questions because completion rates usually fall when surveys become too long.
4. Review before sending
Check terminology, privacy disclosures, incentives, and any regional compliance language before publishing the survey to customers.
